Graded Appliances:

All of our graded appliances come with a 6 month warranty which begins on the day of delivery.

 

What is covered with my warranty?

If there is any issue with the functionality of your appliance within the first 28 days we will try and fix it for you. If the appliance cant be fixed we will replace it with a like for like appliance. If, in the unlikely event we can’t repair or replace the appliance you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you have any issues with the appliance after the first 28 days and before the 6 months is up we will attempt to repair your appliance at your home. If it can’t be repaired at your home we will take the appliance away and fix it for you, then swap it back. If the appliance cannot be fixed we will replace it with a like for like appliance.

If an appliance has been repaired, the warranty end date will remain the same as initial delivery.

 

What is not covered with my warranty?

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the appliance must look visually the same as when you initially bought it which will be judged by the initial pictures.

The warranty sticker on the back must still be present to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customer misuse will not be covered with the warranty. For example; If you have broken the machine yourself, left transit bolts in before use, had a leak from your pipes etc.

There are no refunds for cosmetic damage as this is stated on the adverts and shown in the photos.

 

New (Boxed):

All of our new appliances come with a 1/2 warranty (the length will be stated at purchase and on the invoice) which begins on the day of delivery.

 

What is covered with my warranty?

The warranty for our new appliances is with the manufacturer. Once you receive your appliance there will be a code within the box which will allow you to activate your 1 or 2 year warranty. There will be a number you can dial there if you have any issues and the manufacturer will come and repair or replace it for you.

 

What is not covered with my warranty?

Any issues after the warranty period.

Cosmetic damage.
